Approved Log My TRT cycle Log - aged 31

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
Hi,

This is my second log, so I hope to be a bit more consistent than the first. The reason for doing this TRT cycle is due to over the past 12 months feeling very brain foggy and loosing drive, which for me has never been an issue

To start over been training 5daus a week consistently for 7 years now and gone from a 6ft tall twig weighing 70 kg to now sitting around 91kg and fairly lean.

Current
6ft tall
91kg
Weight lifting 5 days a week.
Very active high stress, time critical, risky job (which i now believe may be a part of my problem)

I have had my bloods taken regularly and have always had quite low test. Although as you will see on my recent bloods taken after two weeks holiday overseas with no gym and good sleep my test almost doubled. Really showing that environmental factors on hormones are huge.

I also have varicocele on my treaties which gives me no grief pain wise at all but are known to have an impact on test levels

In the past o have taken anavar at 20mg a day for 8 weeks, once.

And RAD 140 for 8 weeks.

And that is all.

I have been contemplating TRT for a long time and have finally decided to trial it.

My intended cycle will be starting off at 100mg a week split into 2 sub q injections taken in the morning.

I will be changing my training to push, pull, legs and a swim which I will be posting as I go. This is an attempt to stop weight lifting 5 or 6 days a week out of habit.

My intended diet will be changing to a whole foods only diet, alot of animal products, veg and fruit. LOTS of steak 🥩

Please keep in mind I am not a competing body builder and am purely doing this to attempt to optimise my body and mental function for myself personally and to be clearer, fitter and more effective in my job. I work irregular hours and am not the best sleeper, sleep is also another factor I am trying to work on.

100%

I'll assume a good wage but can you change jobs? I mad this choice a log time ago. I've done the weeks at a time with zero breaks and 12+ hopur days and while the money was great it made me unwell.
