some foods are estrogenic but I wouldn't worry too much about it

that's a good various assortment of exercises
 
the only thing I can criticize you for is a Smith machine just not a fan
 
make sure you update us on your meals I know you don't want to but it's a good idea
 
yes meal pictures would definitely be cool just to show us an idea of what you're eating

Update long overdue. I know some will be pissed by the lack of updates recently.

But so far on my TRT on approx 100mg a week and I feel unreal! For those who don't remember I started TRT due to having naturally low testosterone and starting to feel the downside of that at work.

Since starting TRT and getting my test onto a good range although not super high , I feel less brain fog, more motivated hitting more PBs in the gym, looking good and as corny as it sounds.. more manly haha.

I have been on a bull through winter and am up from 88kg to 94.5kg and lean.

My diet has remained clean, just a more of it. More salman and steak also.

I will be getting bloods again this coming week and will post the past few weeks workouts also showing my weights going up.

New gym also I think has given me that extra push surrounded by gyms rats weather than teenages trying to grow there chest.

Test has been from hybrid labs and has been fantastic

Can you share how your diet and training is in a bit more detail please? especially the training :)
