Approved Log My TRT cycle Log - aged 31

start documenting your sleep
including what you do before bed and what time you're going to sleep and waking up

You got a great Base bro. Stick with the Log and you can go next level

Alright.

So slight delay in Test vial delivery but they are arriving today.

My sleep varies from minimum 6 hours to 8 hours a night. I take a magnesium mix before bed every night. My sleep starts off solid although always get restless and toss and turn quite a bit.

Generally in bed between 10 and 11pm although once every six weeks or so I work for 7 straight nights.

My job is a military style role - I won't go further into that.

I will be putting alot more in this forum from today as my TRT should be arriving.

Since my holiday the brain fog is a bit less and my blood results show higher test, although I suspect they will drop to low levels again now back at work and in the usual stress of life.

My workouts since being back have been slightly lighter as of having two weeks off but will post

meals super nice, you're eating clean :)

So I started my TRT cycle today
Starting on the smallest of doses 80mg a week split into 2x sub q injections.

It was a bit hard to inject with the small sub q needle due to it being a bit viscus. Although just went slow and had no pain or bump from it.

In regards to cardio - I did a 1 km swim in a lap pool a few days ago and will be doing that every week.

Am also doing 1-2 km on the tredmill twice a week.

In addition to this - I'm doing onfar d sauna 3 times a week and ice bath 2 time a week.

swimming is fantastic and it's low impact

you got a nail down your sleep if you're going to get progress
that's the most important thing so the tossing and turning is no good
