WHy inj sub Q never understood this with test inj. Just hit it IM and be done. should be great Log if you stick to itSo I started my TRT cycle today
Starting on the smallest of doses 80mg a week split into 2x sub q injections.
It was a bit hard to inject with the small sub q needle due to it being a bit viscus. Although just went slow and had no pain or bump from it.
In regards to cardio - I did a 1 km swim in a lap pool a few days ago and will be doing that every week.
Am also doing 1-2 km on the tredmill twice a week.
In addition to this - I'm doing onfar d sauna 3 times a week and ice bath 2 time a week.
@natmak12 super meal I like the food mixUpdate.
Changing to IM instead of sub q, leaving to much of a bumb sub q.
Breaky posted below.
Lunch was
200g chicken breast
1/2 cup sweet potato
1/4 cup beans
Snack
Watermelon
100g Greek yoghurt
Scoop of protein
Dinner
Cup of rice
150g salmon
Stir fry veg.
I'm really enjoying the carb free/ low carb breakfasts, which is unusual as I've always had high carb breakfasts.
I feel I'm getting less of a crash on energy during the day.
I've dropped pre workout all together at the moment.
Still creatine and NAC
Brain fog is definately less as of before holiday. Will keep updating

@natmak12 weight is going wellUpdate.
So I'm feeling less brain fog during the day, I feel like this may be because of the lower carb morning and less crash during the day. Also probably a bit refreshed after the holiday still.
I've had 1 week worth of trt at 80mg a week. Will look at upping it soon to find that sweet spot.
I've moved to IM injection which was way easier than I thought and was less painful than sub q.
