My TRT Cycle Log

Today was an off / rest day for me. Cooked 400 grams of parboiled rice with 500 grams of chicken breast and vegetables thrown in the mix. I will make sure to eat some more protein after i finish all of the rice and chicken. I will probably eat zero fat yogurt with strawberries added in later. My sleep has been good for the last 2 days since wednesday. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night for no reason and can't fall asleep for hours.

Don't eat strawberries, they are high in pesticides. Yea full fat yogurt with blueberries fresh.

You need more protein and more fiber.
