Today was an off / rest day for me. Cooked 400 grams of parboiled rice with 500 grams of chicken breast and vegetables thrown in the mix. I will make sure to eat some more protein after i finish all of the rice and chicken. I will probably eat zero fat yogurt with strawberries added in later. My sleep has been good for the last 2 days since wednesday. I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night for no reason and can't fall asleep for hours.
