Food looks super on point
I really don’t eat much tbh my belly is going now and I’m planning maintain for a while see how much I need eat I’m losing around 1kg a week so by Xmas reckon be there I’m staying on 125ml a week until then and coming off I hear Clomid and pct ect cause a bit of a downer and Christmas this year gonna be hard for me has it is my mum passed last year dec 19th really dreading it I don’t want the mental sides of pct I’ll leave those till new year I think
