Well I’m doing a 4 day split chest/tri mon bench press incline dumbell press cable dips ,crossover skull crushers and cable press downs Tue back / biceps , pull-ups or pull downs , dead’s ( laying of those has my back hurts for days after , t bar rows then barbell curls , hammer curls wens off thurs shoulders/shoulder press machine , dumbell shoulder press Lat raise , rear delt dumbbell raise or face pull and some triceps Friday legs /leg ext , squat leg press leg curl and seated calve raises and bit of biceps
The compound lifts reps range around 4-7 and the others 10-15 usual things I’m 52 so I go heavy but never to failure anymore I’m currently on a diet cutting carbs and having more fats and protein 4 low days and 2 high days for a few weeks to cut my belly fat I’m not really bad overweight tbh I’d rather bulk but he reckons to cut down first ? First time I’ve had a coach he is English a bit unorthodox I’d say but I like the guy he isn’t a fan of carbs also he knows about gear he uses it but on a trt dose and does not like cycles told me off when I told him I did a cycle for 8 weeks 500ml test my goal is longevity and be fit and not too massive
@Truckyboy1971 thats a good split and i think i have a range on how you train but i would like to see actual weights on your training and the days you push the actual exercises as you go update us

Just need rid my belly I do drink one day at weekends I’ve cut a lot and do 45min cardio every day walking on a incline treadmill
you should start with fasting with 16 hour fast and 8 hour refeed

My bloods after a cycle in April was 250ml a week
shbg in a strange place for you but thats not too bad for TRT only

lets see you keep updating us and getting the diet up in more detail as you want to lean out right

no reason for you to drink one day on the weekends
alcohol will set you back two or three days

It’s one step at a time since I’ve started my steroid journey I’ve cut back a lot used be drinking 3 days a week all my mates are drinkers and I know it’s a bad thing I prob have 6 bottles a bud a sat that’s it I work hard I’m a truck driver 12-14 hrs a day then gym it’s something to unwind but lately I’ve dropped it to Saturdays only I find I can’t drink a lot anymore and the day after takes me a day feel well and the expanse it’s a social thing I love alone my mum died last dec near Xmas I started my steroids just after cos I was like if I died so what I was so low but seem be better

i listen to the evolution podcast most days in my truck you guys are really good wish I’d found it before I’ve learnt a lot only thing I find in the uk is getting bloods and the prices I’ve paid more for bloods then my cycle tbh I’ve had bloods at drs done and been on a small cycle 250ml off a month ans back on since march and bloods were fine bit high colestrol and im on bp meds always have been and it’s the same

yes you definitely have a strong base to work with you just have to cut down your gut a little bit and you'd be perfect
 
TRT is good, especially at your age
maybe add in some dry compounds from here
