Yep I do 45 min cardio after my weights and my job is sedentary so I reckon I eat around 2500 or less a day I know to grow I need more but I put fat on easy cut carbs unless before and after a workout and have 3 meals lately 200g protein veg some olives or nuts and before the gym rice cakes protein shake in water isolate and same after and a protein meal same 200g meat and 200g carbs seems I’m losing my gut I was 97kg 2 weeks ago im 94kg now

@Truckyboy1971 you should do before and after cardio thats a good one

but 3 meals in what spam? and what kind of protein you mean meats or fish? a bit of details

It’s hard finding a coach for my age I’m 52 I limit dead’s now has the risk seems not to be worth it

breakfast 5 eggs some nuts
2nd meal 200g chicken or meat veg and 30g nuts

Same meal 3rd meal not a lot carbs

adding some psyllium husk daily?
 
food looks good definitely high quality and not dripping in grease and fake cheese like typical American breakfast

I’m using nuts for fibre and I’ve 2 high days a week and a cheat meal Sundays I’m regular if you know what I mean lol
 
what kind of coaching you need?
 
I don't think you have to waste money on a coach but if you really want one reach out to Steve on here
 
you won't go wrong with eggs and chicken for your breakfast
