Yep I do 45 min cardio after my weights and my job is sedentary so I reckon I eat around 2500 or less a day I know to grow I need more but I put fat on easy cut carbs unless before and after a workout and have 3 meals lately 200g protein veg some olives or nuts and before the gym rice cakes protein shake in water isolate and same after and a protein meal same 200g meat and 200g carbs seems I’m losing my gut I was 97kg 2 weeks ago im 94kg nowtry intermittent fasting
that might be the solution
