I’m no pro lol I am into body building and longevity tho I’m cutting until prob dec I know it’s odd most guys at my gym are bulking when I say I’m cutting they laugh but that’s what my coach is doing so I’m sticking with it I am losing my belly fat and still keeping muscle so all is good I guess I kinda know what I’m doing for me I know I can switch carbs around workouts and add a extra meal if I want add weight I add weight easy ! I don’t count cals at all I used too tho but I drink like lots water do cardio every day I didn’t before but coach has told me I’m on gear what ever the cycle cardio and nutrition come before then training I don’t really go to failure I’d say most exercises I do then slow and controlled but today bench I did push it just to see he has showed me how warm up my knees and lower back has I had pains I’m a truck driver sat all day my lower back and knees get pain a lot but showed me how do back extensions at home or gym and knee ankle mobility seems to work any exercise say squats or dead’s ( dropped them caused me lots of bother wasn’t worth it I’d like to know a alternate for them I’d do rack lifts but the rack they have is rubbish and they don’t have a hex bar either but most lads at my gym don’t do dead’s and squats bet there is me and 2 others that do themI would offer my coaching Services by only deal with professionals who are contest prepping at this time

Yes pushing 250 test has a trt I’m 52 and 97lb I reckon that’s unhealthy I listen you ste smi on Spotify wish I’d done so before I’m really thinking do a pct at my age if I’m planning do another cycle and at my age I’d not do a cycle more then 500 combined compounds maybe once a year but if I’m planning to do so would a pct be a waste ? Just stay on trt 125 a week and one or 2 small cycles a year ? I have high bp but it’s controlled and in range my colestrol was in range that’s after been on 250 test pretty much since match and having 4 weeks off I know stupid I will try attach some bloods it wouldn’t let me beforeIf you don't trust the coach bin them off
