Approved Log My TRT cycle log

Currently 243 lbs
Off and on weight training since I was 25, been going pretty hard for the last year following Ryan Humiston's garage program. I am newly divorced and about to join the gym.

Currently on:
100mg Testosterone Cypionate per week, Urologist prescribed. Been on it for about 4 months. I requested the Urologist double my weekly dose and was denied which lead me to this site.

Recent labs were normal, testosterone was at about 900

Supplements:
Daily 5mg Creatine
Weekly Mounjaro
Daily 20g Collagen Peptide

Workouts:
Ryan Humiston's garage program. 5 days a week of moderate weight high rep dumbell work. I am getting ready to join the gym as I am loosing my garage in my divorce.

Diet:
I am a born again Carnivore that leans toward animal based, I add in some fruit for variety. Very little to no dairy.

I eat between noon and 6 pm daily. Lunch is usually 13 oz of chicken with the collagen peptides stirred in . Dozen or so grapes, tangerine, 2 eggs and MAYBE a cheese stick. Dinner is usually red meat, 1/2 lb of grass fed burger or a steak. My daily intake is low at the moment due to the Mounjaro.

Daily step count is about 10k, I work on my feet

I sleep "OK". Usually fall asleep about 9 and am up at 4 am for weight training.

Goal: Now that I am 50 and single I have to fight the Dad bod hard. I am overweight but making improvements each week. I don't want to be the Rock but would like to look like I go to the gym. I would like to lean down and build muscle so I can comfortable take my shirt off and get naked in front of woman I just met.

OK here is what you do on trt.

When I am prescribed if I want to up my dose.

They send you to do bloodwork.

Time the blood work for 13 days after your last shot. (You may have to skip a shot)

Just say "this date" is the earliest I can get in here.

If they ask why the lab was so high the last time say "well it was the day after my shot"

"The second time was the day before my shot"

a couple things

your doctor denied you because that's not what trt is all about
your levels are perfectly fine at that dose for trt if you want to increase it from there that's called a blast but it's not something you want to stay on year-round unless you don't care about your health

also a tip about carnivore diet it usually is ran incorrectly.
a true carnivore diet needs to include primarily organs and bone broth

the carnivore diet being pushed on social media include things like steak, burgers and chipotle which is not even close to carnivore

This is a good point I missed. If you up your dose to save for a blast, that's good (but obviously weigh the risk) but yeah year round is dangerous
