International chest day is always a fight for benches
Never train chest on Mondays if you want a bench, lol. I wonder how the whole thing started.
 
Organizing tomorrow's chest day

Coffin Press 50 lb DB + Incline Fly 25 lb DB + Barrel Press 40 lb DBs:

4 Sets

20 Reps / Failure / Failure



Dumbbell Push-ups + Flat Dumbbell Press w/ Slight Rotation 40 lb DB:

3 Sets

Failure / 15-20 but really... failure



GIANT SET - Low Dumbbell Fly on Incline Bench 25 lb DB + Dips w/ 2 sec Hold at Bottom + Fly Push-ups + Regular Push-ups:

3 Sets

20 / Failure / Failure / Failure

Chest today complete. I did cardio for 23 minutes until a bench opened up. No problem, really went for fatigue/failure tonight. Awaiting my SARMs shipment. How soon does one start noticing results when on SARMs?
@zander_guns good more cardio is better :)
sarms results, they are relative, we need to see you upkeep the diet training more to see sarms results
but generally 3-5 weeks for results with sarms
 
about a week or two you'll start noticing something
