Approved Log My TRT cycle log

This is the plan. My RCS order apparently arrives Monday

12 week cycle
I already am doing 100mgs Test per week
S-23 15mg daily
Cardarine 10mg daily
N2Guard while on cycle

PCT
Continue Testosterone - 100 mg/week
HCGenerate - 6 weeks
Bump gw to 20mg

I workout so hard and eat so good but make little progress, which I guess in the long run is why I am here.

BUT you say you "eat so good" but we havent seen your diet updates in a long time, no meal pics no diet updates, so hard to say if you're eating right bro, i looked back many pages and im subbed and I dont see your diet day to day
without knowing your diet we dont know what changes you need and you havent shared it in detail, if you want real shred please get us diet day to day share, meals foods and when you eat them and meal pics

I got ya, thanks for the heads up.

Today:
Noon - Lunch was 12 OZ chicken with 2 TB of taziki greek yogurt, salt, pepper. About 15 grapes and 2 hard boiled eggs
1730 - Dinner was 1.25 chicken breasts cooked in pan with salt and pepper and about 1/2 cup of cooked rice. 1 TB of sugar free YumYum sauce tossed in for satisfaction.

4 cups of coffee and 90 oz of water, 5 grams of creatine

I don't have any pics, but I could get them on my next update.

The above is one of my 3 daily food intakes that I rotate through......

Today was 8300 steps, no gym
 
Tomorrow's shoulder day:

30 minutes cardio, walk and run, usually ends up at 2 miles

Partial Side Laterals "TOP":

3 Sets "only 30 seconds rest"

30 Reps - 12 lb DB

Slow Motion Incline Side Laterals "Thumbs Up":

3 Sets

15 Reps - 15lb DB

Side Lateral Buffet "Partials at Bottom / Full Sides / Partials at Top":

4 Sets

20 Reps Each - 10 lb DB

Rear Delt Fly Buffet "Partials at Bottom / Full Sides / Partials at Top":

4 Sets

20 Reps Each - 20 lb DB

Incline Bus Drivers + Incline Front Raise:

3 Sets

a lot of people think they eat good but they don't
make sure your detail with your diet so we can tell you what to get rid of
 
body memory is a hard thing to shake off
you need to take things to a new level to get progress
 
don't get discouraged it can and will be done
stick with us and keep the log going
 
Bros carnivore is not a sustainable diet anyway
we need Fiber as humans that's just the fact
 
I eat between noon and 6 each day. I drink 90-100 oz of water per day with 5 g of creatine and 40 oz of coffee.
Today, at noon, I ate .75 chicken breast with 1/3 cup of rice. I will eat 0.5 of ground beef with 4 eggs and some cheese and an avocado (for fiber) for dinner. 0 junk food, 0 sugar, 0 veggies.

Shoulders get done as above tonight, but I use the light weight to avoid injury.

SARMs arrived today.
