Tomorrow's shoulder day:

30 minutes cardio, walk and run, usually ends up at 2 miles

Partial Side Laterals "TOP":

3 Sets "only 30 seconds rest"

30 Reps - 12 lb DB

Slow Motion Incline Side Laterals "Thumbs Up":

3 Sets

15 Reps - 15lb DB

Side Lateral Buffet "Partials at Bottom / Full Sides / Partials at Top":

4 Sets

20 Reps Each - 10 lb DB

Rear Delt Fly Buffet "Partials at Bottom / Full Sides / Partials at Top":

4 Sets

20 Reps Each - 20 lb DB

Incline Bus Drivers + Incline Front Raise:

3 Sets

20 Reps - 20 lb DB/ 20 Reps - 20 lb DB

30 minutes cardio, may end up split in two. I usually jump on cardio until a bench opens up.

Going to attack some chest today.

Giant Set Chest (4 Rounds)

- Incline Barbell Press: 20 Reps 40 lb DBs
- Coffin Press: 20 Reps 55 lb DB
- Barrel Press: 20 Full Reps 40 lb DBs
- Dumbbell Fly “Partials at the bottom”: 20 Reps Each Side 30 lb DBs
- Bench Dips “Feet elevated”: Failure x 15
- Low seated Dumbbell scoops: 20 Reps 20 lb DBs

1-3 Minute Rest Between Sets (Rounds)

Frustrating night at the gym. I did cardio and than waited around for about 15 minutes. Full hour there and I could never get an open bench.......might have to switch back to mornings.
