- Incline Barbell Press: 20 Reps 40 lb DBs
- Coffin Press: 20 Reps 55 lb DB
- Barrel Press: 20 Full Reps 40 lb DBs
- Dumbbell Fly “Partials at the bottom”: 20 Reps Each Side 30 lb DBs
- Bench Dips “Feet elevated”: Failure x 15
- Low seated Dumbbell scoops: 20 Reps 20 lb DBs

@zander_guns thats very frustrating no equipment maybe you can go another time bro?Frustrating night at the gym. I did cardio and than waited around for about 15 minutes. Full hour there and I could never get an open bench.......might have to switch back to mornings.
