it's okay man a 45-minute workout is fine
 
nothing wrong with Hammer Strength machines as well
 
try and work in with somebody at the gym maybe make a few friends on a busy day
 
the fact that your gym is that busy in the morning is incredible
maybe they will build a new gym down the street and take away some business
 
30 minutes cardio, may end up split in two. I usually jump on cardio until a bench opens up.

Going to attack some chest today.

Giant Set Chest (4 Rounds)

- Incline Barbell Press: 20 Reps 40 lb DBs
- Coffin Press: 20 Reps 55 lb DB
- Barrel Press: 20 Full Reps 40 lb DBs
- Dumbbell Fly “Partials at the bottom”: 20 Reps Each Side 30 lb DBs
- Bench Dips “Feet elevated”: Failure x 15
- Low seated Dumbbell scoops: 20 Reps 20 lb DBs

1-3 Minute Rest Between Sets (Rounds)

1st Giant Set (Biceps) - 4 SETS​

  • Spider Curls "Keep elbows forward": 20 Reps 20 lb DBs​

  • Incline DB Curls "Extreme angle, 45*": 20 Reps 20 lb DBs​

  • EZ Bar Curls "Elbows on stomach Poor mans preacher": 20 Reps 30 lb​

  • EZ Bar Drag Curls: 20 Reps 30 lb​



*Rest 1-3 Minutes between rounds (Giant Sets)*



2nd Giant Set (Triceps) - 4 SETS​



  • Reverse Grip Pushups "Hips low and lean back on the way up": 20 Reps​

  • Reverse Skull Crushers "Kneeling": 20 Reps​

  • Dead Skulls: 20 Reps 30 lb ez bar​

  • Bench Dips "Lean back on the way up": Failure​
