man why go heavy if you got knee issues.

just stay light and keep your knees healthy.
No im doing 12-15 sets on legs not really heavy slow and pausing used do 531 massive mistake at my age this training is great and doing them twice a week too

Yes it’s my job I’m up 445am work 6am finish at 5-6pm sometimes later ,gym can be 8-9pm I’m home and having my food shower bed it’s just finding time to log and write things down I will try later today after the gym

Well here’s my upper A workout , weights are going up seemed easier ?
Smith incline / 3x8 -20kg,50kg,55kg
Chest fly pannatta machine/ 3x15-60kg
Lat pulldown/3x8-40kg,65kg,75kg
Barbell upright row/3x12-20kg,25kg,25kg
Lat raise pannetta machine /3x12-15kg,20kg,20kg
Seated cable row /3x8-with the attachment pictured
40kg,65kg,75kg
Hammer curls /3x10-12kg,16kg,16kg
Tricep push down v bar /3x20-no on stack 7,8,9 really enjoying this split folk saying im getting bigger maybe its the 200mg test E kicking in but was actually pretty easy and id done a 11hr shift before

Have you started using an APP like gymverse or cornometer? I think they have free versions easy to use @Truckyboy1971

I’ve mfp tbh I’m not tracking my cals i need to start I usually eat the same things I’m trying cut the carbs so I don’t eat them with every meal my job pretty sedentary I do walk 30 mins a day and workout 4 times a week I have started jogging a bit again has my knees are better but few times a week on none lifting days around 30 min max

if you have a sedentary job bro cut the carbs and do more fasting @Truckyboy1971 key is to log properly
