They do ur blood few times a year they don’t do hcg or ai,s but it’s free here they do blood tests few times a year also or private like optimale they have a trt level that is 12nmol any lower ur on trt but its like 80-150 a month not expensive id think thats blood work and they are more knowledgeable then the nhs or slef trt vial test under 20 quid free needles at the needle exchange I know I’m suffering I don’t want to prolong it tbhbros lots of dudes these days going on trt.

Ye it’s all ugl or there is a lot of Iranian test brought in it’s pretty easy to get test here no probyou can always revert to self trt man.

I’ve just got a new job trucking at night I’m just getting into the change I’ve found I eat 3 meals a day doing this and better sleep less stress rds empty I’ve cut my drinking down to once a week and that’s not many say 4 bottles bud I am trying just have carbs around my workouts having bit trouble with my knee had a xray see what’s the deal , last year was my back but that’s all sorted now I cut squats and started doing the pedlum squat thing but facing the other way and seems decent I’ve avoid the barbells now use smith machines and machines cables and doing my cardio it’s Xmas so once that’s outta the way I’ll cut but I don’t really eat much tbh I can put weight on way easy ! I’m like 15stone but it’s not that much fat prob need deep to 14 maybe lassrecovering is hard, you're better off getting back into cutting and training bro

Yes I’ve been reading about that my pedal (LH )is all the way down but the engine(balls) ain’t got the power and that signal can be string has you like but won’t change so I’ve left the enclo alone tbhI would go the TRT route since your leydig cells are not functioning properly. Start low though. 75mg is a good starting dose and give it time to level out. Then get bloods and see where everything is at. You have to be patient because it can take a while to get the proper dose sorted out. You want your test to be in the upper normal range but not high enough that it is driving estrogen above normal. In that case, you will want to lower your test dose.
Ye I’m due that nhs blood test in few days so I’d best hold off I feel shit tho body comp is crap holding fat and I don’t even eat 2500 cals sometimes 2000 a day I do cardio 30 min and have cut my carbsJust relax and don't overthink everything. Take 125mg per week and be fine with it.
Ok. Well if your tired I guess its best to just take that time and go low carbs anyway. Go low carbs for a couple weeks and then increase them on lifting days. This way your carbs you consume will be used as glycogen storage.
