Yes usually usual things I tend to have eggs and a protein shake in the morning if I’m working out few hrs later I’ll have some oates or wholemeal toast , after workout bannna and protien shake 3rd meal 250g meat and 100g rice / potato them later same again meat but no carbs and b4 bed fat free Greek yogurt and berries tsp honey also question one of the reasons I quit gear or tried stay away from trt was my libido and firmness of my erection it deffo got way better when I was off that’s what’s really put me off having it tbhIts not just macros its foods as well, myfitnesspal is fine
example on foods, if you eating peas for protein its not the same as eating beef, you follow ?![]()
