ditch the post workout glucose drink. you are listening to a lot of bs on social media. just go home and have a health balanced meal

I get that and vigra priscribed by my dr for bp they only give u either one not both tho so I’ve opted for the Calais 5mg a day seems really work well

Yes last time a ran test E 200mg a week my libido was rubbish ! One the reasons I came off it but was told try test prop and honestly it’s been a life changer labido is really high but maybe that’s down to EOD pins ? Dunno if I had to do IM EOD id not do it but sub cue u don’t even know u doing it just back load some inslin pins work out the dosage and it’s done I’ll get bloods few weeks and see

Yes I have noticed it’s sometimes sore but it’s gone day after I really massage the area after I’m just seeing how it goes I’d never do more then 0.5ml sub cue ever and if was doing a proper cycle it would be IM
 
Also I’m looking for a coach ideally one in the uk can afford few hundred a month some guy wanted 1000 a month I can’t afford that kind of money were do u find a good coach ?

Yes I’ll stick to test only I’ve some arimdex and aromisen but never used them I’ll need see my bloods see if 150 I’m ok my bp is good and I feel ok libido is insane tho on prop night and day difference to cyp
sure go with test only, but anavar isnt a bad idea bro
add like aromasin if you go over 200mgs/week and you should start pushing into sports TRT 300 level
 
i would recommend not taking in dextrose at all. the amount of sugars we get in our diets is already way too much, no need to add more

Yes I have oranges ans apples every day for snacks and a bannna before or after I workout
