Hi everyone, this is my first log so here it goes:

My name is Andrew, im 33 years old , father of 3 so im done with making kids :) I've been lifting for around 8 years and never took AASuntil last yearI was around 70-72 kg in average and my biggest natural was 81 kg but it took me years :) . My business had a really bad year last year and I had to close it down... a very stressful period didn't have time for myself/gym and really lost some gains and basically decided I wanna get back to it but with some help :) to be honest I felt like I dont have the motivation to do the grind without AAS ( this is the truth )

Short story I did my first cycle Test E cycle last year, 500mg/week, 20 weeks , had some E2 sides (gyno start) but managed to fix it, otherwise felt amazing. Only things i took besides supliments was Arimidex ocasionally when I felt estro sides and HGH 2iu daily. I ended the cylcle in January due to bloodwork(if needed I can give more info about the cycle). I was working with a coach at that time that suggested if I plan to use gear in the future to do a blast and cruise instead of PCT. So since january im on a "TRT cruise" january I took 300 mg/week and in february i started with the 150mg/week. Injection frequency was intially 2 times / week then I tried 3 times per week and in present i m doing EOD.(I changed it to see if we can lower e2 without AI )
Past cycle results was : I went from 72 kg to 90 kg around 10-12% bodyfat. after i reduced the dose at 150 mg i manage to maintain at 83-84 kg.
During the cycle I eat around 3200-3500 kcal daily, pretty much rice, chicken breasts ,vegetables,avocado and snacking yogurt ,nuts, peanutbutter, and bananas. I also had around 1-2 protein shakes/ day (big mistake in my opinion ) next time i will try to get everythihng from food.
I was crazy with the gym then 6-7/days a week sometimes 2 times / day :) I felt invincible. Cardio 3 times / week bycicle ride 40-45 min at zone 2

So Im currently running 150 mg of test E per week, stopped the HGH, in the past 2 weeks I felt some dizziness in inability to focus, I checked my E2 it was 230 pmol, took 0.25 arimidex monday and thursday and I checked my e2 today and its 116 pmol. Feeling 80% better :) let's see if it holds and that was the cause.

Im currently taking the following supplements:
mutivitamins, bergamot 500, magnesium glycinate 500 am/pm, fish oil 2 tabs am/pm,red yeast 500,vitamin b complex 1 day,curcumin 500,electrolytes (not daily 1-2 times per week), taurine 2000 , krill 1 capsule,berberine 500 mg, calcium D glucarate 500 am/pm, DIM 100 mg am/pm.
Forgot to mention that besides all this supplements I took : Enalapril for bloodpresure 5mg ocasionally when I had issues, ezetimibe 10 mg ( I usually took with breaks 2-3 weeks than break until bloods) Also donated blood 1 time in February due to high hematocrit.
These where the supplements im taking since january.

To be honest with you guys I planned a 2nd cycle(Already have the products) im honestly betwen doing another cycle and PCT ( i want your opinion on this too ) my goal would be if I decide to do the cycle to PCT after it and stay natural for 1-2 year and try to mantain as much of the gains possible. I really want feedback on this topic :) what do you guys suggest?

Cycle would be like this :
12 weeks
Test E. 300Mg/week.
Primobolan 200mg/week.

Ancillaries:
Ezetimibe 10 daily
NAC 1,2g daily.
Berberine 1g daily.
Omega3 250-500 milligrams daily.
TUDCA (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid) 500 milligrams daily.
and some of the supplements vitamins im already taking maybe some advice to what to add and remove from the other list
and ofc an AI (arimidex in my case) but not sure about to dose yet to be honest

On the first cycle I made the mistake not to do bloods before I started ( still regret it ) I know it's a rookie mistake :( but this time I was planning to do bloods like this:
-pulls bloodwork around week 6 and finally around the week 15 (3 weeks after the cycle ends) pulls the last bloodwork.
PCT will start after that BW. I decided that I wanna try a PCT and get at least 1 year off of everything.
Anyway since january I have bloods 1-2 times / month I can post them if needed.

Regarding PCT I havent decided yet but I have the following compounds : CLomid, nolvadex , arimidex, HCG

Someone suggested : stop the test 14-15 days in that time HCG 1000 iu daily
then start the sarms for 4 weeks

-nolva 20 morning 20 evening 2 weeks
-nolva 10 morning 10 evening 2 weeks
-clomid 50 mg morning 50 evening 1 week
-25 mg morning 25 evening 2-4 weeks

what do you guys think about this PCT?

Current Diet is around 2700 kcal same type of food not really eating for the taste :) 30%50%20%

Training around 5 times a week
Cardio 2-3 times per week (around 30 minutes running or bike) + I also walk daily long distances before bed. Bench Press: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Press: 3 sets x 10-12 reps

Deadlifts: 4 sets x 6-8 reps
Pull-Ups or Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
Bent Over Rows: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
Seated Cable Rows: 3 sets x 10-12 reps

Shoulders

Military Press (Barbell or Dumbbell): 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Front Raises: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Rear Delt Flyes: 3 sets x 10-12 reps

Legs

Squats: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets x 8-10 reps
Leg Press: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Leg Curls: 3 sets x 10-12 reps

and arms

Barbell Biceps Curls: 4 sets x 8-10 reps
Hammer Curls: 3 sets x 10-12 reps
Triceps Dips or Skull Crushers: 3 sets x 8-10 reps

if you're on TRT, you do NOT need pCT, why do you want to do pct no need.

and pictures of your TRT gear steroid you using

and tell us why not go on a cycle? blast

it's a pain in the ass but if you truly want to find out what's causing the dizziness you've gotta do an elimination structure where you come off everything and then start adding stuff back.

it could be a simple situation where you're taking so many different things that it's just overwhelming your body

Hello Stevesmi, thank you for answering and taking part in my log I appreciate it. And yes I agree with you, due to inexperience got myself into taking shitloads and stressed my body out.( intention was good :)) but you know what they say the road to hell is… anyway

That’s why A PCT and completly come off for me is so tempting tbh with you I don’t feel great anymore something feels off and I’m not enjoying it. And fixing this mess while on I feel like I don’t have the patience anymore, it’s been 3 weeks now … For example yesterday was injection day and went did my bloods felt better, bad symptoms where milder , got the results and was happy thinking it was the e2 wich I lowered from 230pmol to 116 pmol, then around 17:00 when I took my shoot it started again:had to drive my daughter to her grandparents felt like things where moving too fast for my eye, restlessness, barely can focus to watch a movie, sudden sounds make me flinch and dizziness, overall I feel I can’t relax (anxiety feeling) never had problems before, I was a pretty rational/relaxed/positive guy.

Finally managed to sleep from aroun 23:30 to 7:30, i currently don’t have sleeping problems.
This morning as I’m writing my message I feel fine almost let’s see for the rest of the day… I will keep you updated.

My plan was to PCT go clean 1 year and then do everything properly with pre bloods, less gear, better structured cycle, less supplements and ancillaries. Also less time on cycle 20 weeks was too much… I feel like my body needs a break. To be honest I did lots of mistakes on this cycle and would like a 2nd try with everything on point.
I asked about another cycle and then pct to be honest would like some more gains for this summer then PCT(greedy of me 😂) , I’m also going to Greece with my wife in June 16 and who wants a limp d*** on holiday 😓 and low energy from hormone crash?
But with what I’m feeling lately not sure if I can mentally take another cycle if I don’t feel right (like I did the other time). I want to enjoy my time on cycle not be a painful experience :) that’s why PCT is tempting.

Regarding training Idk man tried many workouts and I feel like this is the most time efficient and I also respond well. Another program that I’ve tried/liked was Arnold blueprint cut/ bulk and was quite happy but kept me in the gym for 2h, with 3 kids and stuff to do is hard to dedicate that amount of time. So I had to adapt… so
I just change the rep range at what I posted earlier.

Yes I know that I don’t need a PCT that’s why I started the cruise(less stress on the body) but I’m not feeling great at the moment and can’t really find the cause so that’s why I’m thinking of PCT.

I eat around 3-4 big meals a day I will start posting pics with the food and log it . Also I have snacks between them.

As far as the supplements let me add some pics
In the next post I will add the gear currently, future cycle and PCT there’s a limit of pics I can add.

your diet looks good so I don't think it's that
my guess is it could be a bad reaction to something else
 
come off all your supplements and steroids
and let's see if the problems continue
 
listen to your body
consolidate everything you're taking you can literally eliminate most of those supplements
