Approved Log My TRT cycle Training Diet Log

What could be the main cause ? Any
Bloods that I can do ?
@Tenxam maybe you're over training maybe your diet sucks hard to tell
why dont you update us?
 
My diet is on point and yes I’m training.
@Tenxam we dont know that man , you havent shared anything with the EVO family :) so actually share if you want answers, we cant guess
 
I’m 100% sure my hair is not falling because of my training or my diet. I’ve been training for years I know how to train and what to eat .. and if you check the log I’ve posted lots of meals I had but I don’t see the connection to be honest between my hair and the things you mentioned. It’s clearly regarding pct meds or hormonal imbalance , was curious if anyone had similar symptoms and if they found a fix

@Tenxam I disagree that diet and training doesnt impact hair loss
but since you insist, my suggestion get blood work lets see your Test/e2/prolactin/lh/fsh/shbg/dht/dhn levels with t3/t4/tsh and alt/ast with creatinine base
 
Hey guys a little update. All symptoms that made me quit are gone now, sleep is great, sex/libido is great, workouts are much harder now and painful but I still manage to do them, doing cardio everyday (much easier)
Diet is low carbs and high protein I went for montignac diet and feel amazing.

Problems i encountered :
-hair fall, pretty masive
-mood swings (got better now)
-went down from 81 to 79,5 seems I can keep myself here

2 more weeks of pct I’m finishing week 8 in 2 days. Then I will wait 3 weeks and do bloods. Was thinking to start minoxidil and fin for the hair fall

@Tenxam diet training does have impact on cortisol and DHT levels

so I’m back with the bloods,
- last shot was 17.05
- PCT low dose 10 weeks
- bloods should have been in 10.08 only managed to do them now 24.10 (so around 10 weeks after PCT was finished)

Dizziness and all the negative symptoms that I had are 90% gone but I lost like 30% of my hair started to take propecia 3 mg week and minoxidil to stop the shed

I am checking your bloods, looks like you recovered pretty much. But testosterone levels still low.

I would suggest using a natural test booster like HCGenerate, it would help you balance out the testosterone and bring it to higher natural range:
