Little update:

Feeling like shit. Sleepy non stop 😂😂 no energy, recovery after workout takes days, appetite going down. Headache and no libido but If I have to perform I can 😂

I still managed to stay on diet and train 5 times per week but lighter lifts.

Last test inj 17.05

Pct 1 -week done
starting -week 2
 
Today it’s 2 weeks since I stopped test . I should start the serms, also did some bloodwork before i start .. what do you guys think .. some of it is still processing

increase your test boosters, this will be a rough recovery because you were shut down for so long

like what stage of post cycle you're at
