@ROIDDERS I went from 280lbs down to 245lbs following a carnivore diet, I agree a fatty steak is awesome. I have just chosen to try something different for the time being and eating the fat on my beef meals would not allow me hit my protein goals with what i am currently doing.why are you scared of fat so much? Fat off of the steak is good not bad
@Zelockflows you can up the planks to longer times maybe 90 seconds and do side planks too
overall carbs can go down still under 100 grams imo
Yea i know i should add them in but i wasnt sure if i wanted to push the shoulder with the side planksside planks work really good and if you hold the planks for longer than 90 seconds we'll get a nice burn
