why are you scared of fat so much? Fat off of the steak is good not bad
@ROIDDERS I went from 280lbs down to 245lbs following a carnivore diet, I agree a fatty steak is awesome. I have just chosen to try something different for the time being and eating the fat on my beef meals would not allow me hit my protein goals with what i am currently doing.

@Zelockflows carbs try to push them under 100 grams but rest looks good maybe cut some of the carrots out
 
skiing is very good cardio I've never seen that machine before though
