Some say to just swap to flat bench, do you think stopping all upper body for 2 weeks would be best? Hit lower body what still just twice a week? Keep cardio daily?@Zelockflows you should stop inclines work on lower body 2 weeks
I have been doing alot of mobility band type work. The pain has definitely shifted. I have this like sore lump on the collar bone but the main pain is the front delt.get that should more mobile
@Zelockflows I would stop upper body for 2 weeks do lower body and cardio and take collagen and joint support, think msm glucosamine chondroitin and fish oil stacked, you taking it now?Ok I will get some this weekend.

For context I've injured the shoulder 3 seperate times. First time in collage I fell off my skateboard backwards and my arm went behind me and up, my arm was numb for a while after. Second was when I was around 310lbs I was on the ground and the gf helped me up and I didn't brace the shoulder and it popped. Then the last was just Many year seated with my elbow elevated above my shoulder using the computer.

@Npcclassicphysique champ I have started a new career training course so i am on a strict budget and can not swing $134CAD plus shipping $40-54CAD total $174-188 monthly. I can understand the importance of it on a larger PED cycle but i am hoping to not need it for a much lower TRT dose.@Zelockflows if you did start the clenbuterol (as you said) don't go over 20mcg and make sure you add n2guard 7caps ed for the sides.
The rice you need to get rid of it completely get your carbs under 50 grams at your size, can you do that?
