@Zelockflows careful with those injuries I want you to stop training injured or painful areas
 
I agree with taking a couple weeks off to see how it feels.
 
Some people will say to keep training around the injury and some people will save to stop completely
 
The best athletes of all time have continued to grind even while hurt.
 
Might want to get that shoulder checked out by an orthopedic.
 
The important thing is to do things that dont hurt it more. Lots of machines can be used at a lighter weight.
