I need to focus on getting more steps. Your log is motivating me! I work at home at a desk all day so it is super important to be getting up, stretching, and walking throughout the day. I have just been slacking on that, lol.
 
Hi All ,one of the admins asked me to post a thread on my situation ,so here goes …..
52 yr old male
TRT for 3 years due to secondary hypogonadism from Hemachromatosis (iron overload )
I had my T levels checked due to feeling like crap ,free t -12 ,total t -212 ,doctor laughed and said I was fine. No one that had treated my iron overload for 15 years made the connection of iron overload and low T levels.
I researched and found PHC did some bloods and started TRT -200mg a week ,lost 12 kg ,walking everyday ,weight training 4 x week ,always monitoring blood pressure ,HCT ,liver rbc ,everything was good ,even my Doctor was on board with helping me monitor everything.
My T levels went to 35-40 and 1100-1400 ,PHC started to require lower and lower levels ,so you have to miss pinning to make the right numbers ,it was a nightmare.
I then contacted primal ,went through the process and was quoted $435 for 250mg/10ml test cyp,which I can’t afford ……
Last stop was Melbourne anti aging clinic 🤦‍♂️
I went through the process and lost $600 because they got raided and I had to come off for 20 days to do bloods ,my last measured level was 4.9 and fair to say I felt like arse.
Any way that’s my journey ,the medical system is fucked ,they would rather see men weak and sick

I had the same situation with the closing of Melbourne clinic after nearly 10 years with them.
The great thing about it is that it made me source this site and I have found @SILVERBACK LABS which their service and professionalism is way better than them for my needs as I'm based in Perth.
I'm 10 years older than you and I have been at loggerheads with the Medical people for years.
I truly believe any male over 45 should be on TRT!!

I’ve been pretty crook since Tuesday but managed to get a workout in today, will be doing legs tomorrow.I haven’t tracked food for a few days but will start again tomorrow my weight is steadily coming down still so all is good!!

Good morning
First time log on my food intake over a 5 day working week-

Monday
Breakfast - 1/2 cup Granola +
1 egg 1 egg white ham & onion omelette.
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt

Lunch - protein shake, 1banana and protein bar

Dinner - steak and salad 1 mandarin

My diet is one of some planning and opportunity as I have large work load all day with P.T, massage and self training.
Anyway this is today's nutrition to start the week.
