First time log on my food intake over a 5 day working week-
Monday
Breakfast - 1/2 cup Granola +
1 egg 1 egg white ham & onion omelette.
2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
Lunch - protein shake, 1banana and protein bar
Dinner - steak and salad 1 mandarin
My diet is one of some planning and opportunity as I have large work load all day with P.T, massage and self training.
Anyway this is today's nutrition to start the week.
on the AM how about swapping granola for oatmeal? can you?
