I’m eating steak ,chicken ,Greek protein yogurts, wraps ,fruit ,veges, pasta ,rice
I’m going to keep the protein up and adjust carbs to 150g per day
@gar71 can you share what meal what? this is hard to say how much you actually eating

yup you have to up the fats, add almonds/walnuts some omega 3 fats via nuts or fish oil
 
it just make sure the food is being prepped properly you don't want to use refined oils to cook them
 
consistency with cardio is great bro and I'm loving the food super clean 💪
 
good fats are definitely essential
