Hello Evo fam,
I’m back to run a trt log. I hope to use this as a place to track my training sessions and to push for progression as I continue on my lifting journey.
Running the cycle log proved to be very helpful! All of the advice I received, as well as just holding myself accountable, was a serious component in the success of that cycle. I believe this will be a good log for me.
I really appreciate how welcoming the community has been. Thank you for all of the support, advice and motivation that I received so far! Hopefully this will be a good place to continue to get to know the community and prepare for my next cycle.
I’m currently prescribed testosterone replacement therapy and have been making adjustments on that for about 2 years now.
I just had bloodwork done at the end of my cycle and they were “as expected for someone running peds”. It’s my plan to use the next 4 months to get my numbers back within healthy ranges.
I will be running 100mg/week of Testosterone Cypionate and 0.5mg/week - 1mg/week of Anastrozole, as needed to manage my estrogen levels.
I will continue to train as often as I can. Hopefully 5 days a week with a push/pull/leg split.
I will still be pushing myself to hit new goals and to learn as much as I can from the Evo community.
