try some dips next time on your split
I have a problem with my right shoulder so I’ve been avoiding those. But maybe I can focus on lower chest instead. Seems I’m always doing those wrong.

Yeah I don’t go out these days. And my work schedule rotates so every other weekend, Friday is a Monday for me. Haha

I haven’t taken any lately. I’m definitely not as lean as I was. Been eating a lot more. But this week I’m deloading from the gym and painting the house.
