0345 - bpc-157, tb500, ipamorellin, mod-grf
0350 - lemon water + probiotic
0355 - 1 hr cardio, incline walk ( Avg HR 138)
0500 - 500ml coconut water
0545 - 1 litre celery juice
0620 - morning smoothie
0700 - black coffee + lions Mane, chaga
0830 - 500ml coconut water
0945 - eye fillet. Beef mince, rice + vegetables.
1000 - 1230 (1 litre water)
1300 - eye fillet. Beef mince, rice + vegetables.
1400 - 1530 1litre water
1600 - dragonfruit, banana & OJ smoothie
1700 - mango, banana, dates & OJ smoothie
1810 - 25 mins easy walk
1930 - zinc, magnesium, lemon balm + sleep
Starting to feel really good. 3 weeks into trt and have noticed a big shift in general well being. Energy + motivation. Also libido is coming back. Waking up with and erection now every morning. So all in all everything seems to be working. It's a grind but its what I like to do.I enjoy how steady you are with this, very natural and meal pics clean.

I squeeze fresh lemons then make ice cubes from it. 1 frozen qube with filtered water.Do you make your own lemon water?
