Ok so here is the first day of logging.

Sunday 23rd

Wake @ 3:20 am

Meditation 20 minutes

500mcg BPC & TB500 sub q around knee.

Lemon water + probiotic, prebiotic. (Seed)

4:00 am : Weight session (shoulders) 30 min.

4:40 am : Sauna for 20 mins. 130bpm (1 litre fresh squeezed celery juice whilst in sauna)

5:30 am : Smoothie ( fresh squeezed orange juice, wild blueberries, 2 x bananas, fresh coriander, 3 grams each composing of dulse, spirulina, barley grass juice powder. (Aproxx 1 litre)
Vitamin C, MSM, zinc, b12, ashwaganda.

6:30 am - Chaga, lions Mane + raw honey tea.

7:00 am - small strong coffee(almond) + granola bar.

10:30 am - 6 x sushi (rice, cucumber, avacado), tropeka energy bar, sparkling coconut water.

1:30 pm - Smoothie ( orange juice, mango, banana, dates)

2:00 pm - 4 x lemongrass beef rice paper rolls (rolld)

5:00 pm - Smoothie ( orange juice, mango, banana, dates)

9:00 pm - sleep tea + raw honey, magnesium.

9:15pm - asleep.

(2 litres of water over the day)

Yesterday was a naughty day with takeaway twice as I had to work the Sunday. Normally dont as that's my meal prep day. Still managed to eat reasonably clean.

Ok Men, I have a question. Last light i ended up catching up with a friend and one thing lead to another.. you get my drift. When I was laying in bed about to sleep I was good to go again. Is this normal only after two days of starting TRT? Does it work that quick??

You drink honey before bed? I would switch to tea without sugars before sleep.

when on TRT you can have higher libido its normal, but there is a psychological situation as well when you haven't seen someone in a while.
 
Very new here. Stumbled across this forum actually looking fot reputable sources that were not a rip off and information that helped aussies. Which now has turned into a log. I had all my bloods done a couple of weeks back and everything came back normal except for low test. Around 350. Since then I was prescribed TRT and had my first Jab this morning at 5am. I will do my best to log everything. This is quite a commitment...

Age : 40
Height around 5'9
Weight around 79 - 80 kg
Trained alot on and off when I was younger with weights. Also experimented with steroids and lots of drugs like an idiot back in my early days. Also ended up with gynaecomastia when I was in my early 20's not having any idea.. Had surgery to remove it (Twice). Also experimented with peptides here and their. Ipamorellin, mod-grf, bpc-157, tb500.

Currently using these peptides and have on and off the last year or so. Currently using these now to help and also heal patella tendonitis which I have from running. Which I do a fair bit. Some runs 20k plus.. can pace under 5 no problem. Knee didn't like it though..

I stick to mainly whole foods. As my body doesn't do so well with any preservatives, gluten, dairy etc.. but that's another story. No alcohol for a little over two years. Again my body freaks out with this. (Vagus nerve inflammation). Hence why I stopped all together. My goals are to bring my testosterone up to a normal healthy range and just cruise to grow younger, fitter, healthier. Nothing extreme as I don't want to stress my body anymore than I have over the years. I may look at adding some HGH at a tiny dose 5/2 once my body has adjusted to the testosterone to add some youth. Again nothing extreme here as I will let the sleep, diet and training do most of the magic. Food now is fairly intuitive.. i go periods without much meat as it makes me feel very heavy/dense. Lots of carbs like potato and basmati rice. Fresh vegetables and alot of fresh fruit / juices. Please bare with me as i have never done this before on a forum.

Here are some pics of me as I currently look. One I look at little leaner in was about 6 weeks back when the calories were not as high. As of tomorrow I will start a log with what I do / take. Thanks again and I look forward to learning with everyone here!

That smoothie is for removing heavy metals from the body and adding powder to it would change its effect. Perhaps I will add powder at other times during the day? What effect does raw honey/sugar have before bed?

Sleep only 6 hrs...

0315 - wake, 15 min meditation

0345 - Ipamorellin + mod-grf 150mcg. TB500 + BPC 500mcg around knee.

0410 - lemon water + prebiotic, probiotic. Gym session ( biceps, triceps).

0435 - sauna (22 minutes, HR 136bpm) + 1 litre celery juice.

0600 - smoothie (OJ, wild blueberries, 2 x bananas, cilantro, dulse, spirulina, barley grass juice powder)

0700 - lions Mane, chaga + raw honey tea.

0815 - basmati rice, chickpea cauliflower curry.

1200 - basmati rice + steamed vegetables

1600 - 3km run

1700 - pasta + home made vegetable sauce (brown rice pasta)

1840 - sleep tea + magnesium. Bed.

You can add the protein shake different time.

but this is NOT going to remove heavy metals, sorry :P to say, just sounds good when they pitch it. @mrsmithy

@mrsmithy I like the sauna but you should do it fasted no celery juice IMO. If you want to go for health, actually adding more fasting would help more.
