Breakfast smoothie is wild blueberries, orange juice, coriander, bananas and some greens.

During the day it's orange juice, dates, bananas and i rotate the fruit. ie mango, dragonfruit etc.. orange juice is always fresh squeezed FYI.

Wednesday 2nd

Nearly 3 weeks into trt and noticing a tiny bit of sensitivity that comes and goes on right side. Changing the dose to 0.1 EOD instead of 0.3 E3D. Will add .25mg of arimidex as needed until the body adjust. The aim is to not be using and AI. Need to find that sweet spot.

0340 - wake + 15 minute meditation
0410 - 700ml lemon water. 0.1ml primoteston. Bpc(300mcg), tb500(500mcg), ipamorellin + mod grf.
0450 - 3km run
0530 - celery juice
0615 - morning smoothie
0645 - black coffee, lions Mane + chaga.
0730 - protein bar
0800 - 600ml coconut water
0945 - Beef Mince, basmati rice. Vegetables
1215 - Beef Mince, basmati rice. Vegetables
1445 - Fruit smoothie
1520 - Fruit smoothie
1540 - core workout (10 min)
1600 - BPC 157, 300mcg
1720 - Sauna(40 mins) + 1 litre coconut water
1900 - magnesium + sleep

I do prefer whole foods over powders. Im open to suggestions provided its made from whole foods and doesn't contain heavy metals. Things are working for me atm. Im progressing and strength is continuously going up.
 
Bros brown rice pasta doesn't bother my stomach. I know it's legit.

Breakfast, smoothie sounds really good. Just keep an eye on how many things you add. You don't want to add too many things at once.

Of course whole foods are the best but heavy metals not present in all protein powder bro
 
Yes you are right that not all have heavy metals. Most plant based ones do. And i will not touch whey. Messes with stomach too much
Try egg protein, this might be an acceptable option.
 
Thursday 3rd

0315 - wake + 15 min meditation
0340 - Bpc, tb500, ipamorellin + modgrf.
0400 - lemon water + probiotic.
0420 - strength, Deadlifts.
0440 - sauna 15 minutes + 1 litre celery juice.
0630 - morning smoothie.
0730 - chaga, lions Mane + raw honey tea. Protein bar.
1030 - eye fillet, steamed potatoes + veg.
1145 - smoothie
1400 - eye fillet, basmati rice + veg.
1630 - Pasta( wild sardines, diced tomatoes & chilli)
1740 - single Leg exercises ( 10 minutes)
1900 - magnesium + sleep.
