I used to eat them alot. Several a day. I became very sick to a point where my kidneys and others things were shutting down... eggs are pure mucus along with dairy. Mucus feeds viruses and pathogens inside the body.You avoid eggs why?

I cant have lionsmane makes me mentally ill, and yet you tolerate it fine or probably excell on it. Amazing how foods effect us all differently.

0340 - 700ml lemon water + probiotic
0350 - strength (shoulders)
0420 - 20 minute sauna + 1 litre celery juice
0515 - morning smoothie
0600 - lions Mane, chaga + raw honey tea.
0700 - protein bar.
0730 - 600ml coconut water
1030 - beef mince, basmati rice + vegetables
1230 - fruit smoothie
1500 - fruit smoothie
1615 - core workout (15 mins)
1700 - chickpea, chilli, coconut curry + basmati rice
2130 - magnesium. Sleep tea, sleep.
1 litre water over the day. (Need more)

I'd like to see if you can add a steak daily.Yes I can eat steak. Some days I dont feel like alot of meat. Again this is me eating rather intuitively and eating what my body feels like. I know this is going to be a rather controversial approach. Especially on a body building forum. Their will be days where I have meat in most main meals and days where I will purely juice fast.

0430 - 1 litre celery juice

0900 - eye fillet
0930 - 600ml coconut water
1000 - eye fillet, rice, vegetables
1200 - sun dried pineapple
0330 - beef mince, rice, vegetables
0600 - pasta + vegetable sauce
0800 - magnesium + sleep
Training is very simple. Incline bench adding more volume each week. Same applies for different muscle groups. Nothing fancy. Squats, overhead press, deadliest and bench. Also some arms here and their. And single Leg exercises for running.I love the red meat in this mix.@mrsmithy
