0440 - 700ml lemon water + probiotic
0450 - strength (deadlifts + biceps)
0510 - 20 mins sauna + celery juice
0615 - morning smoothie
0720 - black coffee, lions mane + chaga
0830 - 600ml coconut water
0930 - eye fillet, rice + vegetables
1030 - 600ml water
1130 - smoothie (🍊, 🍌, 🥭, dates)
1330 - 600ml water
1430 - eye fillet, steamed potatoes + vegetables
1700 - wild sardines, diced tomatoes + brown rice pasta.
1730 - 2.5km walk
1800 - 20 minute sauna
1930 - magnesium + sleep
 
I like the different foods that you're putting together. And I like to incline bench that you're adding to your workouts.
 
egg issues are pretty common.

A lot of people cannot tolerate them. You should always cycle out your Foods regardless.

0600 - black coffee + lions mane, chaga
0730 - coffee + almond milk
0800 - protein bar
0900 - eye fillet
0930 - 600ml coconut water
1000 - eye fillet, rice, vegetables
1200 - sun dried pineapple
0330 - beef mince, rice, vegetables
0600 - pasta + vegetable sauce
0800 - magnesium + sleep

0425 - 25 min sauna + 1 litre celery juice
0540 - morning smoothie
0630 - black coffee, lions Mane + chaga
0845 - sun dried pineapple
1000 - eye fillet, steamed potatoes + vegetables.
1130 - 600ml water
1245 - eye fillet, rice + vegetables.
1400 - 600ml water
1500 - 🍊, 🥭, 🍌 smoothie
1600 - 🍊, 🥭, 🍌 smoothie
1800 - pasta with vegetable sauce
1830 - 40 mins cardio (120 HR)
2000 - magnesium + sleep
