Body Fat: Guessing : Recent eVolt scan - 9.6%
Goal:
Continue to some TRT - get bloods then move into a Winter Bulk to try and put on some weight (which is not easy for me)
I have a good doctor that will review my bloods and knows whats happening - like he said he is just here to minimise any harm.

Cycle Details
I have asked for lots of opinions on this cycle - and am grateful for the evo fam support, and have settled on the following:
Duration: 12-16 weeks
Been on TRT of 150mg Test E
Cycle (once bloods after a few more weeks of TRT are done):
Test E - 250-300mg for 1st 4-6weeks - then titrate up once dbol kickstart has ended - have done 500/wk before so 500-600 would be my max.
Dbol - 20-30mg a day for the first 4/6 weeks
Deca: 400mg/week throughout.

TUDCA, Mens multivitamin, BCAA's, Vit C, Fish oil, Cialis 5mg/day
Diet Plan: I eat pretty well - decent food quality here is Australia- I feel I will need to eat an extra meal a day to bulk during my cycle. Plenty of eggs at breakfast, protein shakes, chicken and will make sure to eat more lean red meat too. Carbs - will rely on the vege's. I don't want to 'dirty bulk' - hence will keep an eye on bloating and adjust dbol/test as needed and not just stuff my face with everything I see.
Training Plan
I do a typical bro split
Chest/Arms
Back/Arms
Shoulders/Leg's
Then repeat - 5 sessions a week at the gym
Duuring the bulk phase will aim for heavier weights when I can and a lower rep range.
I always warm up with 5mins on the assault bike or a 1500m row. I also like to cycle a few times a week and also incidental steps when walking the dog most days.
