Hey guys, I am finally starting a log as requested.
57yrs old
248lbs
Been on TRT for about 4yrs, 180mg of 200cyp once a week & .5mg anastrozole
Stopped working for 3yrs (became covid slug)
Starting back in gym December 2023..3 weeks in I inflamed my rotator cuff. I am currently in pys therapy for it. I can't do any bench press, however my workaround has been the sitting bench press using the alternate grip, in close thumbs up..I have worked up to 3 plates 6 reps during 4th set.
Schedule = mon chest/tri & 20min sauna
Tuesday back/bi 20min sauna
Wednesday cardio 3 miles heart rate about 130, 20min sauna
Thursday shoulders/trap 20min sauna
Friday Leg presses, calve raises, leg curls 20min sauna

3weeks ago started 1ml 200deca on top of my TRT once a week kept anastrozole at .5mg once a week

I am struggling with diet, 4 grandkids come every weekend, always cereal and other items in the house, I try to stick with steak, burger (grass fed) , chicken, salads & nuts
I'm ready to transform..I've never looked good, but want to try.

BASE
Lets talk about pics, you look great, I can tell you have a strong muscle base from before so leaning out will be easy for you. It will just take time. Don't worry, and dont get down, always think positive and we will get this goal for you.

SHOULDER
Since you have shoulder issues, I would suggest adding BPC157 light doses and some ostarine mk2866 (you can get it from umbrella labs they support the forums) @Noah Wixx one of our mods has a good BPC/HGH log up you can check: https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...gh-and-bpc157-recovery-cycle-log.97594/unread

DIET TRAINING
Now on to diet and training. We need more details, good or bad doesnt matter but we need to understand how you eat and how you train.

For diet, please share you meals and foods and when you eat them and how much
For training, please share your exercises reps sets and weights as you go
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Blc157 has been life changing for me, that is no smoke up your ass, check my Log and see how far my right knee has come in just under 2 weeks time.
 
it's good that you acknowledge your diet has been garbage

good diet set up so far but don't forget those fruits especially something like pineapple at the end of every meal it will really Aid in your digestion
 
I will start annotating each lift & weight each day next week. For now, these are my supplements & breakfast each morning after workout except the Pre-work drink out before lifting. Get home and spin up -

1/ cup oatmeal, with cup of oat milk, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop AG1 greens, calcium, zinc, magnesium & D3

Let me know if breakfast needs changed, and thanks for warm welcome to the family. I haven't been this excited about lifting since I was young

That is pretty amazing, great job dude!... uh, I guess I should have kept my face out of pics....damn it..what else do I need to learn here? Evidently I need to learn how to use Litcoin to get gear. If this goes well I don't see my need for TRT. I would just have to go get my own bloodwork....On that note, my hematocrit keeps creeping over 50 and only goes down after donating which I do regularly. Any other ways to keep it lower? Food?More cardio? Thx man, and congrats again

its all about changing your lifestyle

a lot of people doing intermittent fasting these days to balance insulin, works good
So skip all the ingredients I put in the shake and use only the protein? I bet that will curve my monstrous cravings that hit me about 2-3 hours later
 
look into eating in a time restricted window
2-6 hours max is what i recommend
I get up at 4am & bed about 8:30pm, during the week. So are you saying (for 6 hour window) eat only during say Noon - 6pm, as much of beef, chicken, fish, veggies as I want? But stay restricted to those hours.
 
you are a big man
and I know that you will get a lot of good results
 
play with your grandchildren take them for walks and hikes
instead of feeding them cereal and junk food
