Ok bros, I just gave these jokers down at the Low T Center my blood for my 12 week labs. So when they were they were finished, she is like ready for your dose.. I said, no need, I am self inject, I have my stuff at home and I hit tomorrow on Saturdays. She said well you won't be charged, you can get it if you want LOL!! Of course I drop my drawers and said hit it!... I'll do my normal hit tomorrow... I don't think they know what they are doing...lol
I'll do my "telehealth" call with the nurse Thursday for results..I'll share when I get them

how much cardio did you do?
I didn't do any cardio today due to time, I work from and don't typically have to be online til 8am, but I had to work at 6:30am. So I just got the legs in that I did
 
180mg Is a respectable dose for trt nothing wrong with that at all.
My full TRT dose is which I'm getting ready to hit right now is 180mg of 200cyp, and 1ml of Deca 200. That being said, today is my off gym day, but I'm going to go do another all cardio day & sauna and make use of this extra sauce in my system. I may even wear my old Ultimate Warrior shirt LOL... I feel good today..

I felt like a slug since I didn't have time to do cardio on leg day yesterday. So bro'd up and went to the gym on my off day and did 5miles & 15min sauna. I can't wait to eat..45 more mins to go..
 
Alright bros first meal of the day. I am jonesing for carbs really bad so I just blew 40 carbs on a shake. 1/2 cup blueberries, cup oat milk, 1 scoop AG1 greens and a scoop of Grass fed whey raw isolate protein.. drinking this while steaks on the grill and I'll eat as many as I can til full

Alright, finally first meal of the day.. 2 filets, 2 cups broccoli smothered in butter..since the filets are lean I'm going with BACON!!!

I have done it once before with my TRT, but no diet involved 3yrs ago, That was when I finally got 3 plates for 1 rep. But I looked like crap.. my plan now is leaning out, and not going heavier than 2 plates, and watch the reps rise

That being said, do you mean like organic Ghee? I used plain freaking salted Kroger butter..

So too high then (circa 410mg total)
