The shake has settled, moving on to meat & veggies..my 4yr granddaughter loves steak, so I had to shareFirst meal of the day is going to be a shake, I am switching from oat milk, to Almond/Oat, it has a lot less carbs, and switching my blueberries to strawberries for lower carbs as well

very nice, Id like to see you add psyllium husk ed tooLast meal of the day..I'm getting to where I can't finish all my first meal, so I'm finishing my salad from first meal and having another ribeye with onions sautéed in olive oil & balsamic vinegar, cup of cottage (10 carbs)
