1st meal after flabotomy today.
Shake minus the oats
Leftovers from yesterday steak & cottage cheese I couldn't finish, bacon & salad

I go back to get another CBC done on Wednesday, then get results probably Friday, hopefully my hematocrit will be down. If so, they will send me my other 2months supply of test, and my second vial of deca. I finished 5ml today, which is my 5th week on. So when it all comes back good I'll start the anavar.
results will be good lets see them

I love homemade lasagna.
 
First meal of the day is going to be a shake, I am switching from oat milk, to Almond/Oat, it has a lot less carbs, and switching my blueberries to strawberries for lower carbs as well

Not doing another 48 fast just yet as planned, going to stick with another week of 18hr fast, but mixing up my meals a bit during the 12hr eating period. Instead of slamming as much as I could the first meal, I'm going to break it up a little. Here is first meal, 6 eggs & protein shake with blue berries

yes splitting meals is smart

Last meal of the day, chicken on the grill, 3 different rubs, with greens beans..might have some cottage cheese or strawberries afterwards

Yes, sticking with 6hr eating window each day. Honestly I didn't know what psyllium husk was until now. I just read about it and I don't think o need it. I had my gallbladder out about 2yrs ago and I do not need anything helping me go to thr bathroom..lol I always say, they took my gallbladder out and put in an express lane to my colon. Lol

I just noticed I wrote 12hr window..that is a typo..I meant 6hr

@dominion7 a bit of extra fiber wont hurt, are they saying you cant eat psyllium?

No, but it took my system about a year to get straighten out to where I don't have to go to the bathroom 15mins later after every meal. Depending on what I eat decides how fast it runs through me, and three times a day is enough for me.
