Approved Log My TRT with Deca Durabolin Log

Just got my CBC, and they gave me a "courtesy" shot of my 180mg of 200cyp..lol... Hematocrit was 50, we will see Friday if it had dropped..
 
First meal, I will probably have a shake as well. As many chicken pieces with my fave hot sauces I can eat, and salad

Last meal of the day, chicken on the grill, 3 different rubs, with greens beans..might have some cottage cheese or strawberries afterwards

thats nice but try not to each carbs last meal, pack them into the start

Lol...I did have the shake. Agreed, I should have passed on the rice. Looking back, I wasn't even craving it, just wasn't thinking. Training is going well, I actually did some normal grip bench press on a sitting press machine I've never used before. I started really low at 65lbs not wanting to mess my shoulder up any further. Oddly enough after 4 sets I worked my up to 225 x 10reps. I know it's not true weight but I'll get a pic of the machine this morning, I'm heading out now.

All of my hot sauces Cayenne sauces and considered "medium" hot to real hot sauce guys lol. I do have to watch closely what I eat with them, it will come out of me hotter than it went in LOL

@dominion7 I would get steamed broccoli and some walnuts instead of the rice. Long term it will help a lot.

I hate it when that happens. Always make sure to have those medicated wipes.
 
just be careful with the sauces they can ruin the health of a meal

i always recommend lime, smoked paprika, salt/pepper. that is really all you need to marinade chicken or fish.

Yes they can which is why I don't use A1 steak sauce, sugary & other garb are in it. I do like it but have not been using it. Hot sauce on the other hand (ones that i use) are 0 carb, and 1 bad ingredient called xanthan gum which I believe is a preservative, and sodium can be high. These are the basics of the sauces I use in the pic

@SteveS you know man, you got me thinking about stuff ive been eating and can miss a carb here and there, so i just looked at my daily 18hr fast 6hr eating window components. I found somthing very disheartening. Yes I have shed 6lbs of fat, but 2 weeks of 6hr eating window, most days under 50carbs, some days under 100, i thought i would have last more. Well I just noticed during my fast window which runs between 6pm to Noon the next day, water & black coffee only..but I forgot to look at my pre-workout. At 04:30am I drink it and it has two carbs..I've been breaking my fast. Technically I've really only been fasting about 12hrs... I'm so pissed! Monday I'm stopping the pre-workout..damn it
 
Well since I busted my 18hr fasting windows every freaking day with the pre-workout...I'm going to take break for a couple days, still eating clean but a larger window of eating. I'll hit the 18hr fasts & 6hr eating window again Monday. That being I'm having my protein shake with some cashews & pistachios to kick off first meal today
