Sorry I'm not familiar with ED... however. Wednesdays are cardio only, 3miles then 20mins sauna...I try to knock out another 2 miles 1 mile at a time before a workout on Thursdays or Fridays. It's is all treadmill, I can't jog/run due to my back issue so it's a fast paced walk. I alternate between 3.5 and 4.0 speed on treadmill trying to keep heart rate around 130@dominion7 I'm looking back but limited training data
how much cardio you doing ED? and what type?
@dominion7 no problem , ED = every day, every day cardio.Sorry I'm not familiar with ED... however. I only have 1 1/2 hours to workout. It takes me 17mins to do a mile on the treadmill. I could do a mile each day before workout, I could cut out sauna to make up for it@dominion7 no problem , ED = every day, every day cardio.
I'd like to see some cardio pics for us and you should try to do ED cardio, even walking on treadmill works, take a pic of it please.
@dominion7 I would cut a bit of weight training and up the cardio or increase intensity, Sauna is also important.I only have 1 1/2 hours to workout. It takes me 17mins to do a mile on the treadmill. I could do a mile each day before workout, I could cut out sauna to make up for it
The intensity would be harder to increase due to my back issues, I have to stay low impact. However, I do see some dudes doing a slow stair machine before workouts, I could try that. Or, this plan:@dominion7 I would cut a bit of weight training and up the cardio or increase intensity, Sauna is also important.
Time to bump it up a notchCardio work will definitely help u get leaner much quicker and help u burn way more calories combined with weight training brother.
@dominion7 thats a good training day just make sure you dont try to throw up big weightsThe intensity would be harder to increase due to my back issues, I have to stay low impact. However, I do see some dudes doing a slow stair machine before workouts, I could try that. Or, this plan:
Mon - 2miles tread, 4 sets chest, 20min sauna
Tues - 2miles tread 4 sets bi's, 20minsauna
Wednesday - 3miles tread, 20minsauna
Thursday - 2miles tread, 4 sets shoulders, 20minsauna
Friday - 3miles tread, 20minsauna
That will give me 6miles a week, and sometimes I go in on my off day Saturday, and do 5miles tread with 20min sauna depending on family functions.
Thoughts?
Ok, dont do big weights (not yet), I'm going with the new weekly plan, and here is a pic of my status as of this morning.@dominion7 thats a good training day just make sure you dont try to throw up big weights
small weights more reps and full control, no jerking motions
I have to pull my upper gut in some, when I got fat at 290 it caused a condition called diastasis recti, it's basically what pregnant women get, some abdominal seperation.Ok, dont do big weights (not yet), I'm going with the new weekly plan, and here is a pic of my status as of this morning.
