Nope, feel pretty good. But I never know what I might be fighting off each weekend when all 4 grandkids show up after being in school all week...lol

Started back on the 18hr fasts today. Eating window is back to noon - 6pm. This time for real, no pre-workout to screw it up. I'll just drink my black coffee as usual + 1gl water

That would be great. I've never been under 235 while lifting. 12yrs ago I got down to 225 doing Atkins, working my way up from 20 carbs a day, to 160 carbs a day, but didn't train at all. Felt pretty puny...lol

I don't remember who it was that wanted cardio a cardio pic but, this is my 1 mile before doing bench. I was really happy with where I'm at, the shoulder is healing nicely. I worked my way up to 225 for 3 reps and my rotator cuff isn't burning

Feels good to do some normal bench press, my stabilizing muscles are weak but they will get there. It's good to see some blood flow opening up in my chest, possibly the var kicking in.
