Started back on the 18hr fasts today. Eating window is back to noon - 6pm. This time for real, no pre-workout to screw it up. I'll just drink my black coffee as usual + 1gl water@dominion7 stay strong, extra vitamins and fasting.

That would be great. I've never been under 235 while lifting. 12yrs ago I got down to 225 doing Atkins, working my way up from 20 carbs a day, to 160 carbs a day, but didn't train at all. Felt pretty puny...lol@dominion7 good lets plan for 220 this year

I don't remember who it was that wanted cardio a cardio pic but, this is my 1 mile before doing bench. I was really happy with where I'm at, the shoulder is healing nicely. I worked my way up to 225 for 3 reps and my rotator cuff isn't burning@dominion7 low carbs work for you, so lets repeat.
