Approved Log My TRT with Deca Durabolin Log

@dominion7 WBC is a bit high, you feeling sick?
You know, I just remembered that the physical therapist said the dry needling in the muscle around my SI joint causes blood flow & healing in the muscle, that could be the reason for the small rise in WBC
 
Is Deca going to be part of your year round TRT going forward? Would be interesting to see how it works out for you if that is the route your taking. I am considering doing the same since it sure as hell makes it easy to do shoulder work with NPP onboard.

Honestly I'm not sure. They say it is a 10 week program, so I would have to find out how long I would have to be off, before they let me use it again. I will bexstarting my 6th week as soon as my vial arrives. If it is what is healing my rotator cuff so well, I'll definitely do another round
 
First meal of the day, salad, chopped up chicken breast with avocado, tomatoes & olives, balsamic vinegar & a shake

2nd meal cup of of Almond oat milk, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup oats, scoop protein, 1scoop ag1 greens..
And munching some almonds..before heading to a show..taking my oldest son to see Scott Stapp from Creed...I'll post a pic or two if anyone's interested..

@dominion7 having deca in TRT is a smart move either way, get at least 100mgs deca/week long term TRT+

add bone broth, you can get dry one grass fed

Yes keto bread, 0 bet carbs. I've never had it. It's awesome when your not eating bread. Is it still bad?
