Understood, but it's left overs from my wife's script. I didnt want to pay for more. She did the 2.5, 7.5, and lost 40lbs. She didn't know she had 2 months worth left to pick up at the pharmacy. There is 2 months of 10mg left. She is at her goal weight and said I can have it, so I'm giving it a shot. Those are 2 of the best things man. Hearing it from others and the clothes. How your clothes fit is such a better measure than just looking at a scale.I know I haven't been perfect on my diet (yet), but I can tell you that friends & wife say they can see a change..more importantly, I feel better in my clothes already...thanks EVO FAM....

First off I want to see what my stomach feels like on this stuff with food... if no nausea, but have that don't want to eat feeling, I'll probably for a whole day have 1 shake (same ingredients), 2 pieces of meat (beef, chicken or fish) and veggies.. once I get this first day out of the way, and see how hungry I get if at all, I figure out the calories. Thanks for the heads up, I didn't think of tracking that..How much are you going to drop your calories down too?
