Thats actually the complete opposite of the truth for the majority of people unless your dealing with a possible muscle memory situation or fist time lifter. When you are cutting down you can definitely get stronger. I know because I do it all the time as well as all my powerlifting friends. Thats what powerlifters do. In the off season they train hypertrophy and gain size and muscle. In the on season they cut down to make weight and get stronger. All during my cut I got stronger as well as my wife. So stop with the nonsense that you are giving people the false impression they cant get stronger while cutting and that they wont lose muscle while doing so. You need to adjust the training in the gym. If you train wrong sure your going to lose strength.100% focus on cutting down first don't worry about losing muscle tissue
and accept that you're gonna lose some strength in the process
people are under the false impression that when they lose weight they lose muscle tissue and it's just not true fat and muscle are two completely different things so don't listen to that BS and be scared but yes you will lose some strength that I can promise you
Thanks @stevesmi I'm not afraid of losing what I don't have, lol100% focus on cutting down first don't worry about losing muscle tissue

I will stay focused on the cut. I liked the information you & @Mobster gave on recomping recently. I fall into the category of never having the good body with a nice BMI. That's why I ended up at EVO, and got the information I needed to start the transformation. My TRT (test & deca), with the added var has been amazing for me thus far, I appreciate all the support & information.
you can cut and get stronger. but when you lose total mass you obviously will lose some strength initially.Thats actually the complete opposite of the truth for the majority of people unless your dealing with a possible muscle memory situation or fist time lifter. I appreciate the concern. There are 4 injection pens, use 1 one each week. So, I've only used 1 injection last Sunday. I more than likely will not use anymore. But I am confused a little because Mobster mentioned this morning that my diet is on point. How many calories should I be eating while cutting ( i thought 1,200 to 1,300)? I figure my protein definitely needs to come up. Is the formula for protein still like, since I weigh 240, I should eat about 240g of protein daily?@dominion7 I know thats why i'm concerned about you going so low calories
how much of the peptide left? maybe time to stop
muscle and body memory are a real thing. if you have never been lean, it will be much harder to lean up vs. someone who has been lean before. Thanks @stevesmi I'm not afraid of losing what I don't have, lol..
