Yes I agree. I only had 1 shot; tomorrow would be the second but I'm not taking anymore.
 
I haven't seen the 230's in a long time lol. But man, I thought it would be lower with all the cardio and calories being that low. I got 10miles in this week.

I was going to come up short on the amount var I have to finish my cycle. As I am learning from you bros, my next cycle will be better planned, so I'll have the amount needed of whatever. But anyway, shout out to Domestic-supply.com, I ordered some more var to complete my cycle and it came quick & easy. Thx EVO FAM
