Bros how do you like the sauna? you sweat a lot?
I love it dude, sweat like crazy. I used to could only make it 10mins, I had to work my up. 20mins is a challenge every time.. I immediately jump into a cold shower right outside the sauna...it's a rush!!

Trying to get better at the macro thing...it's helping me keep balance. I finding that 1500 to 1600 is a sweet spot for a slow loss.. I boosted to 1900 something the other day and gained back 1-2 pounds

you didnt gain back weight, your body just recomped and added glycogen to muscles
you should stay closer to your BMP if you dont want to ruin your metabolic rate

Hey bros, my first cycle is coming to and end in about 3 weeks. I'm going to wait to post a final pic for this cycle then. So for anyone who is checking the log for the first time, here is what's up. I've been on TRT for about 4yrs taking 180mg of 200cyp once a week, and decided to hit the gym hard & diet harder after not working out for 3yrs because I was a covid slug. So here is what I've been doing.
180mg of 200cyp + 1ml of 200 Deca once a week +.5mg anastrozole

4th week in I started anavar 25mg twice a day

I'll pin 7th week Saturday and have 3 weeks left. Then be running TRT only again 180mg of 200cyp once a week. I haven't had any side affects at all. I contribute that to bros making sure I am eating clean & my cardio has been between 8 & 10miles a week at least 2miles before any workout. (EVO FAM 4LIFE)
I might get blasted for my idea of my next cycle & I'll start a new log for it. But that's what the bros are for, critiquing & suggesting.

New Cycle
Since I'm always on TRT every week, I'll probably only wait only about a month before adding another cycle to my TRT, (I'm sure not recommended).

180mg 200cyp + 1ml 200primo + .5 anastrozole once a week for 10 weeks

At 4th or 5th week start anavar 25mg twice a day for remainder of cycle.

Thoughts?
(I thought about keeping the 1ml of Deca 200 as well, but from what I understand from Steve & Mobster podcast, the half life last a very long time, so I left it out)
