Maybe take a de load week ? You’ve been pushing hard sometimes when you feel the need for it decrease volume or just take days off completely and let the body recoup.Not feeling my best for some reason, I don't feel like eating but some fresh fruit sounds good

Double your calorie intake than and you’ll recover way quicker. You won’t put on fat just water and glycogen. I keep thinking, yeh I'll take a break and have some pizza, or something crappy...it tastes good, but man when your bosy gets used to eating clean..damn it hurts the gut sometimes and makes you feel awful lol.
