Lol the shoes in the food pic..ASICS Gel Nimbus 25..like walking on pillows..helps my SI injury..when my core is stronger I can actually jog short distances like 1mile at time with themnice job I noticed those shoes, what brand are they?

I'll be cooking up more broccoli with some rice and probably shaved steak or grass fed burger, and an avocado (mixed with lemon juice & olive oil) on pumpernickel toast to get rid of bread cravings. I'll post in about an hourloving this meal and broccoli is so good for you
To be honest I did freak out last night and couldn't sleep because I was craving, so I chopped up some strawberries into 1/2 cup of cottage cheese..Food looks solid
