Approved Log My TRT with Deca Durabolin Log

Thx bro it means a lot. I'm about to go visit a friend in Boquete, Panama the first week of June. I haven't seen him in 20yrs, and meeting his wife for the first time, I want to make an impression. I know I can be honest with you and the bros, I am thinking of just staying on the gear, since I haven't had any sides and I'm on TRT anyway... not cool?

It's only a week, I'll fly out Saturday June 1st, returning the following Saturday June 8th very late.

So I understand correctly, sorry if I misunderstand.
My last pin for this cycle is April 27th.
I'll just do TRT 4 weeks during May.
Then start new cycle June 1st.
Or
Can I just go ahead and start the new cycle May 4th so I can be a little jacked before I leave June 1st

@dominion7 I would start the new cycle in April 28th, why not bro? not like you're a young man, enjoy the ride and pin it and get the full pump for the meeting.

Took an off gym day to rest up from the spring allergies & the doc gave me a shot yesterday to help. I got a solid 7 hours uninterrupted sleep last night and feel a little better already, just headache from congestion.

Calories = 691
Protein = 67
Carbs = 62
Fat = 48

Noon
14oz ground beef (4 burgers) w cheese
Calories = 1316
Protein = 84
Carbs = 4
Fat = 103

5pm
Normal Shake
Calories = 641
Protein = 65
Carbs = 58
Fat = 48

Total for the day
Calories = 2648
Protein = 216
Carbs = 124
Fat = 199

For those who pray I could use some. My sons wife filed for divorce earlier in the week and besides messing with my focus its just f'ing painful..

Allergies killing me..rough morning, workout was better than expected..will post workout & food later..have a blessed day. New morning low weight of 235..

Vacuum seal quality fresh strawberries from a farm, and freeze them. Let them thaw slowly on the counter. Then when thawed, they make their juice..granted it's not that sugary sweet crap...but it is refreshing & healthy.

Ok, its been 10 1/2 weeks, coming to the end of my first log. I have 1 more pin next week, and I'll start a new log with a new cycle. The first set of pics were Feb. 11, 2024 and today is April 20, 2024. I started at 247lbs and lost a solid 10lbs im at 237lbs. I have gone as low as 235. Lifting wise, I went from benching 225lbs for 0 reps..notta.. to 225lbs × 4 reps clean & slow no assist, no lift off. Feels very good, I'm shooting for 225x10 over the next 12 weeks.
Here are today's pics, I tried same spot & same lighting, same pose, no buffing up prior taking (clearly..lol). I hope there is a visual difference. Thanks for all the guidance bros.

I tried to collage the pics from February til now. Left side is now, Right side is before.. I don't see much difference, however I'm going to go with maybe a little recomp happened, since I'm down 10lbs & pressing 4 more reps of 225 than when I started.

I don't flex real well, but tried to get some blood into what I have worked on in the past 2 months..lol
@dominion7 first I want to say dropping 15ls of bodyfat and gaining mass is amazing (yes i see you did 10lbs drop but you gained muscle remember) so you are clearly dropping more than 10lbs of bodyfat! you are doing amazing
you are training better, dieting better and looking better CHAMPION! :)
